Eligibility for Refund

1. Medical Emergencies or Serious Reasons:
   • Refunds are available only for valid reasons such as serious medical issues, personal tragedies, or other critical circumstances.
   • Official documentation (e.g., medical certificate or proof of the situation) must be submitted.
2. Advance Notification:
   • Students must inform us at least 2 days before the start of the course about their inability to attend.

Refund Amount

• Eligible students will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.

Exclusions

• Refunds will not be provided for incomplete applications, non-serious reasons, or failure to notify us within the specified timeframe.
