Eligibility for Refund
- Medical Emergencies or Serious Reasons:
- Refunds are available only for valid reasons such as serious medical issues, personal tragedies, or other critical circumstances.
- Official documentation (e.g., medical certificate or proof of the situation) must be submitted.
- Advance Notification:
- Students must inform us at least 2 days before the start of the course about their inability to attend.
Refund Amount
- Eligible students will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
Exclusions
- Refunds will not be provided for incomplete applications, non-serious reasons, or failure to notify us within the specified timeframe.
